”Eleonas” is made up of ten traditional-style bungalows with lofts which are magically situated on the slope of a valley at the exit of Agios Nikolaos’ Gorge, which leads to Rouvas Forest.
A place of unique peace and beauty, “Eleonas” is the perfect choice for discerning nature lovers and those with an adventurous spirit.
Lost among greenery, in about 25 acres of land, you can find ten lofted bungalows; nine of these sleep 2 to 4 persons and the tenth sleeps 4 to 6 persons, as well as being equipped to accommodate the physically challenged.
The lofted bungalows, with their spectacular views of Zaros and surrounding mountains, are situated among olive-trees and aromatic plants. They each have an open fire, a small terrace, air conditioning, a fridge, a mini bar, satellite TV, a telephone, a CD player, a WC and shower, a hairdryer and an electric hob.
In the central building--a cosy and tastefully-decorated place--there is a tavern which offers delicious traditional Cretan meals made from wholesome ingredients and cooked exclusively using olive oil.
In the sitting-room area, you can enjoy the welcome of an open-fire, as well as the conveniences of a bar and satellite TV and in the attic of the tavern, you can relax next to a second fireplace by reading or surfing the internet.
