The project www.agrotravel.gr
The core of our action is the launching of the official portal to agrotourism in Greece www.agrotravel.gr. The project is already under pilot operation.
Highlighting the particularities and beauties of all regions of our country, this portal aims to promote a complete product of alterative tourism which will contribute decisively to the attraction of high-level tourists from Greece and abroad, to the gradual, further extension of tourist period, to the coordination of individual efforts to develop country tourism, and to the revival of regional Greece as a whole.
Given that this kind of visitor seeks to experience something different from what common mass tourism has to offer, we aim to promote the interesting sides of all regions. In other words, our objective is to inform prospective visitors about options on traditional accommodation, on local food, genuine cultural or nature-loving activities, purchase of traditional products as well as on ways of familiarization with local tradition and history.
The great research work has begun and is under way. Our business associates have gathered information from all over Greece and drawn a list of businesses specializing in country tourism and agrotourism in most Greece. Nevertheless, full success of this project requires your active contribution.
How to contribute
During the pilot and normal operation of the portal www.agrotravel.gr, you can actively support our efforts by:
- sending us available audiovisual material (publications, various printed matter, CD ROMs, photos, electronic files, sound documents, video, DVDs etc) referring to your region in general or to local events, activities, history, natural beauties, folklore etc
- including us in the recipient list of your newsletters or of the periodical publications which you or your associates undertake.
- mobilizing all relevant sectors and professionals of your region to send us relative matter and to contact us
- informing us about publications or other matter which would be useful for our work and providing us with a contact data index.
- informing us about regular or extraordinary events and other local activities you or other sectors organise
- bringing us in contact with people who could help us in our efforts and reside either in your district or in the region of Attica, i.e. the base of our company
- sending us your remarks or corrections about the content of the portal of agrotourism.
It is our conviction that our collaboration with the users of the portal www.agrotravel.gr is the only guarantee of credibility and reliability

Основой нашей деятельности является создание официального портала для агротуризма в Греции www.agrotravel.gr. Подчеркивая особенности и красавицы из всех регионов нашей страны, этот портал призван содействовать полному продукта изменение туризма - сельский туризм, который будет вносить решающий вклад в привлечение высокопоставленных туристов из Греции и за рубежом, к постепенному, дальнейшее расширение туристический период, для координации индивидуальных усилий по развитию сельского туризма, а также к возрождению региональных Греции в целом.
Учитывая, что подобного рода посетитель стремится испытать что-то отличается от общей массы туризм может предложить, мы стремимся содействовать интересные стороны всех регионов.
